Billed monthly or annually, cancel any time. Every plan includes unlimited coaches, parents and players — pricing is per academy, never per user. A team is up to 25 players; groups larger than that count as two teams. Academies collecting fees through Kova pay a 3% platform fee on payments processed, plus standard Stripe charges (paid by the academy — families pay exactly the invoice amount).
Film review alone costs $400 to $1,600 per team per year elsewhere. Kova Academy covers twelve teams — with film, scheduling, messaging, payments and development tracking — for one flat price.

Whatever you call a team — an age group, a squad, a training group. Each team holds up to 25 players. If a group is bigger than that, split it in Kova the way you'd split it on game day. A player rostered on two teams takes a spot on both, but never moves you up a plan.
No. Pricing is per academy, not per user — every family and player gets their own portal at no extra cost.
